*Deposit Information*
Deposit of $500 is required for any event up to 4 hours. A deposit of $1000 is required for any event from 4 hours to 8 hours.
If the gross sales for a 4 hour event equal $700 then the deposit goes towards the sales. $700 – $500 (deposit) = $200 due with check or cash at the end of the event.
If the gross sales for a 4 hour event equal $400 then the deposit of $500 is the minimum payment for the event and nothing is due at the end of the event.
